Help & Support
We're here to help.
FAQs, our policies, and a real person if you'd rather just ask. Everything about using Pulse, in one place.
Pulse is a website builder for small businesses that skips the drag-and-drop grind. Tell us about your business — what you do, who you serve — and our team designs, writes, and launches a real site around it, not a template you have to force your business into.
Most businesses are live the same day. After a short call or form, our team builds your first version and you're usually looking at a working site within a few hours — the "11 minutes" on our homepage is the record, not the average, but it's not far off either.
None at all. You answer questions about your business in plain English — what you sell, your hours, your photos — and we handle every layout, font, and color decision. If you can send a text message, you can run a Pulse site.
Yes. Connect a domain you already own, or buy a new one during setup and we'll point it at your site automatically — no separate hosting account or DNS settings to figure out.
Message us in plain English — "swap this photo," "add a new service," "update my hours" — and a real person makes the edit, usually before lunch. Growth and Studio plans also include a monthly design tune-up if you'd like us to refresh things proactively.
Yes, on the Growth and Studio plans. Once it's turned on, customers can book a slot or pay right on your site — no separate booking app or payment link to manage on the side.
Plans are billed monthly or yearly — yearly gets you two months free. There's no contract. Cancel from your account whenever you like, and you won't be charged again for the next cycle.
Your site comes down when your billing period ends, but we keep your content and settings for 30 days in case you change your mind or want to export it. After that, it's permanently deleted.
You do. Your business name, photos, copy, and branding stay yours, on Pulse or off it. If you ever leave, you're free to take your written content and images with you.
Message us — that's what "a real person on the other end" actually means. Most issues get fixed the same day, and every site is backed up automatically, so a fix never means starting from scratch.
If things aren't working out in your first 14 days, let us know and we'll refund your most recent payment in full — no forms, no runaround.
Terms & Conditions.
The ground rules for using Pulse. Effective July 21, 2026.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Pulse, you agree to these terms. If you're using Pulse on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that business to this agreement.
The service
Pulse designs, builds, hosts, and maintains a website for your business based on the information and materials you provide us. Features, plan limits, and included support vary by the plan you choose.
Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract to use Pulse. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
Subscription, billing & renewals
Paid plans renew automatically at the interval you select — monthly or yearly — until you cancel. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
Cancellations & refunds
You can cancel anytime from your account; your site stays live until the end of the period you've already paid for. First-time cancellations within 14 days are eligible for a partial refund of your most recent payment, we will deduct hosting and domain charges if applicable.
Your content & ownership
You own the text, photos, and branding you provide us, and the final content published on your site. You grant Pulse a limited license to host, display, and reproduce that content solely to operate your site.
Acceptable use
Don't use Pulse to publish anything illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful, or to resell the service without our written permission. We may suspend or remove content that violates this section.
Service availability & changes
We work to keep sites online and fast, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, add, or remove features over time, and we'll tell you about changes that meaningfully affect your plan.
Third-party services
Some features — like domain registration, payments, or bookings — rely on third-party providers. Your use of those features is also subject to that provider's own terms.
Limitation of liability
Pulse is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe poses a risk to Pulse or other users, with notice where practical.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the revised version here and update the effective date — continuing to use Pulse after changes take effect means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Pulse is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Privacy Policy.
How we collect, use, and protect your information. Effective July 21, 2026.
Information we collect
We collect the information you give us directly — your name, email, business details, photos, and payment information — plus basic technical data like device type and browser when you visit a Pulse site.
How we use your information
We use this information to build and operate your site, process billing, respond to support requests, and improve Pulse. We don't sell your personal information to advertisers.
Cookies & tracking
Pulse uses cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how sites built on Pulse are used, so we can make the product better. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
How we share information
We share information with the service providers who help us run Pulse — like payment processors and hosting infrastructure — and only to the extent needed for them to do their job. We don't share it for their own marketing purposes.
Data retention
We keep your account and site data for as long as your account is active, plus a short period after cancellation in case you want to reactivate or export your content — after which it's deleted.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls, regular backups — to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we also encourage a strong, unique password on your account.
Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. You can manage most of this from your account settings, or by contacting us directly.
Children's privacy
Pulse is built for business owners, not children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16, and we'll delete any such information if we become aware of it.
International users
If you're using Pulse from outside the country where our servers are located, your information may be processed in a different country with different data protection laws than your own.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Pulse evolves. We'll update the effective date at the top of this page whenever we do, and let you know if a change is significant.
